Shipping and Payment
Every product we sell is handmade to order. As a result, we have slightly longer processing times than many other companies. On average, it will take 1 -2 weeks from the time we receive the order to the time it leaves our facility for shipment. Other factors may influence processing time and we will contact you if we expect any delays.
At this time, we are only to ship to the United States.
All orders are processed and shipped through the United States Postal Service. Time spent in transit may vary between 3 – 7 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your packaging made out of?
All of our packaging was chosen because of its recyclable or reusable nature. Our tea is packaged in food safe metal tins that may be recycled or re-purposed. Additionally our shop makes use of glass and wood containers, and glassine bags. You can read about glassine paper here.
We ship every order using materials we receive from our own orders. Any items we purchase new are made from post-consumer waste or recycled materials. As new technologies and options allow us, we will continue to do our best to provide you and our Earth with the care and materials you deserve.
Your tea label says you donate to bee conversation, can you elaborate?
Yes! The Fiery One Co donates a percentage of all proceeds to The Honeybee Conservancy, a non-profit with a focus in education about the wonderful buzzing pollinators that make owning a tea shop possible. Additionally we make an effort to source our ingredients organically or through wild crafted sources. Organic ingredients mean that they were grown without pesticides which have been directly linked to honey bee colony collapse. You can also support your local beehives through the purchase of local honey!
